Robotic Hand - Open Source Project

  • Description:
    • A proof of concept low-cost 3D printable robotic hand, controller, and user interface via Android application.
    • This project is for DIYers and STEM students/enthusiasts who enjoy 3D printing, developing firmware using Arduino IDE, and soldering PCBs and electronics.
    • The project is designed to use mostly standard, off-the-shelf components available from online retailers including standard servos for each finger, a micro servo for thumb base rotation, and Arduino Nano microcontroller.
    • The project designs are intended to be open source where viable to promote STEM education and to give back to our communities.
